If you are subscribed to the Natio mailing list or a consistent visitor to their warehouse sales, you would've gotten the notification that they've relocated from their Abbortsford office to Heidelberg. In terms of getting there, the Heidelberg location is a little difficult and less accessible via public transport. We personally drove there, and Googlemaps lied to us that we've passed it when in actual fact it was still a few hundred meters away with lots of on site parking. We have visited Natio sales numerous times within the span of 2-3 years, and it's safe to say that the prices are quite decently reduced from the RRP and quite consistent. We have included a heap of photos with the pricing to give you guys an idea of what to expect!
This is just a general catalogue of what they have. The prices stated are pretty much what they sell for. No hidden surprises or fake advertising here.
The liquid cream shadows in the tubes in the first pic was probably the standout of the sale haha. These RRP for $9.95, selling for $5. We've never seen them before and swatched all of them, and didn't budge after drying. Natio seems to love their trio eyeshadows as there always seem to be a consistent stock of them at each sale :P I couldn't find these on the website but the repackaged white version retails for $14.95 down to $3. Oh and there were heaps of "eye definers" available, which are pretty much single eyeshadows down from $14.95 to $3 as well. Bargains all around.
I think there were maybe about 3 variations of liquid foundations and a tinted moisturiser (not pictured, $14). There were testers available but you can tell by the mess of the table cloth how keen people were with getting a colour match and how great their sanitation skills were.
These lip butters were a new addition to the warehouse sales. They look relatively pigmented in the pots (nice packaging as well), and were very buttery, however the colour payoff was pretty poor- something along the lines of what you would get from a tinted lip balm. Don't expect Korres Lip Butter pigmentation like we did. Lipsticks were ~$3. Mostly they were shimmer/satin finishes.
On this side of the wall, we have the lip pencils, face/eye brushes, bronzers, more foundations and nail polishes. From memory, lip pencils were $8, and bronzers were around $6-8. I think the standout out this table were the pressed bronzer/enhancer duos. There was a half bronzer/half blush and a half bronzer/half illuminator. These at RRP is $17.95 down to ~$6. If only I didn't have so many bronzers in my collection, I would've purchase one myself!
This colour bunch of nail polishes were minis priced at $3; and full polishes were $4. I noticed the minis were mostly solid colours, whereas the full sized ones were more iridescent and leaned more towards the sheer side. On another note to keep in mind is that a few of the nail polish colours had separated as well. Probably due to them sitting in storage for a while!
Some more packs! There were quite a lot of male skincare packs so your significant others won't leave the sale empty handed haha.
...And here this huge cardboard "basket" worth of makeup bags and other whatnot that we assume would've been GWP once upon a time.
Even though there were some great bargains, we didn't really pick up much here. Probably cos of the fact we've been to a few of the Natio Warehouse Sales and a lot of things we've seen before & actually bought in previous sales. As you can see in the pictures, I got a faulty makeup bag, it was an unopened one, so I assumed it would be a great condition. Little did I know when I opened it up, one side of the plastic wasn't sewn in with the trimmings *shattered*. Guess the lesson here is to always check your stuff before checking out!
Pure Mineral Eye Brightener in 071 // $1
Natio Mini Nail Colour in Mauve // $3
Makeup bag // $2
Overall if your're an avid lover of Natio, I think it would be worth it for you to go! There's definitely a lot of bargains to be picked up which go for >50% of the full retail price. We've been 3-4 times and each time we have picked up some items! Another thing that was really great was that they accepted cash & eftpos :) This was good especially in the sense that there didn't really look like there were any ATMs around. Hope you guys found this post helpful :)
Will you be going to the next Natio sale?
OMG I DID NOT KNOW ABOUT THIS WAHHHHHHHHH NOOOOO! IS THIS YEARLY?! :(
