We were relatively controlled with our spendings the past few months... (sort of), but now we are back on board with another iHerb haul! Here's a few goodies we picked up this time around :)
Date Ordered: 6th June
Date Dispatched: 7th June
This is 'apparently' a dupe for Nars' Orgasm & Laguna. I put the apparently in quotation marks as some say it is and some it ain't. Luckily I don't own the real thing so I guess I'd never know til I do :P. Regardless, most reviews say its well pigmented and is a smashing bargain for what it's worth.
E.L.F Cosmetics: HD Undereye Setting Powder // $3.19
Shaaanxo uses this quite frequently in her videos. She says after she uses it, it removes most of her creasing and sets her undereyes really well. I've always used normal powder to set my concealer but I'm keen to try this one, made specifically for under the eyes.
Hurraw!: Black Cherry Tinted Lip Balm // $3.59
Felt like this would be good for those lazy days where you can't be bothered putting on lipstick but still want some colour on them. Shaaanxo mentioned the normal version of the lipbalm in her videos once and said they were one of her favourites, so I just had to put it in!
EcoTools: Retractable Kabuki Brush // $8.50
Monica picked this one up in our last iHerb haul and I realised how convenient it would be to have one on hand myself; very portable and hygienic to shove in your bag if you're heading out. All the info and deets on this brush can be found here.
Physician's Formula: Mineral Wear Face Powder in Creamy Natural // $14.25
I was after a face powder that actually provided decent coverage, and after a few youtube videos; this one seemed to be the way to go. After using it a few times (as a finishing powder), I find that it did give provide extra coverage on top of my foundation, but I haven't had the chance to try it out on its own. There were a few shades to choose from, and to be honest, they all looked the same- I only went with Creamy Natural because someone mentioned it was a fitting shade for asian skintones.
Nescafe: Taster's Choice Instant Coffee // $4.79
After not being able to find my usual Nescafe instant coffee *anywhere*, I turned to iHerb to see what they had to offer. There was a whopping 274 reviews, with an overall 4.5 stars for this product, so I thought this would be a safe bet. I was wrong. The sachets were much much smaller than the ones we get here, resulting in the outcome of a cup of very unsatisfying and diluted tasting "coffee". Don't. Buy.
We've mentioned shipping in our previous hauls before, and overall it has always been pretty satisfactory for the price and the speed it takes to get to you. I do want to point out that in this haul in particular, there was a lack of bubble wrap and/or other box fillers that are usually found with shipments, however thankfully, nothing was damaged. If you do decide to order from iHerb, our referral code is RCF752 (you get $10 for orders over $40 // $5 off purchases under $40), probably the best website to get your hands on Real Technique/Physicians Formula/E.L.F products at the U.S RRP (for fellow aussies).

What would you recommend us to pick up next time from iHerb?
Great haul! I have the Vanilla Hurraw lipbalm and I'm liking it, but the twist down mechanism broke so it doesn't wind down (I have to push it down, grr)! I wonder how tinted the tinted one is though!

Love iherb! I've seen that Ecotools kabuki around and it looks pretty good! I've heard a lot of good things about that PF powder too :)

I have been trying out the PF powder recently, I really like it- it doesn't cling onto dry skin, but the coverage isn't as amazing as some youtubers have raved it to be..
DeleteEcotools kabuki is super convenient for the on-the-go!
omg! you can get food from iherb as well as makeup!? I'm there!
ReplyDeletehaha go for it! It's got all sorts of organic goodies!
DeleteLove your haul! That Hurraw lip balm sounds really nice and even better that it has colour to it. (:
