Beauty Addition 005: Cosme-de.com

So here we are with another haul! We actually got this a while back but both have us have been ridiculously busy with uni & hadnt had time to post it up :( Now we are on Easter/midsem break so FINALLY we have time to post it up for you guys :)

We ordered off a company based in Hong Kong called Cosme-de (they've recently launched their AU website!). They sell mainly skincare, cosmetics and haircare ranging from high end brands such as SKII to everyday brands like Olay.

Order Date: 08 March 2013
Dispatched: 11 March 2013
Delivery Date: 15 March 2013

Bioderma: Crealine H2O 500ml (BOGOF) x2
RRP: $49.00
Purchased for: $37.00 ($18.50each)

Shiseido Tsubaki: Damage Care Conditioner with Tsubaki Amino (220ml) x2
RRP: $9.00

Rene Furterer: Naturia Gentle Balancing Shampoo (50ml) x2
RRP: $6.00

Rene Furterer: Volumea Volumizing Shampoo (50ml)
RRP: $5.00

We placed our order during the "International Women's Day" promotion, which had selected products on BOGOF, one of them being the much hyped Bioderma.  In addition, there was also a $15 off code available for new members when orders exceed $60 (promotion still running); needless to say we definitely snapped up a good bargain here!

First impression
-Good layout, easy to navigate, clean & professional
Pro’s
-Frequent promotions, codes, and deals available
-High end brands are discounted, compared to Australian RRP and some other online reselling websites
-Authentic items
-Can request for email notifications when items go back instock
Con’s
-Many items are out of stock
Shipping
-Free shipping to over 160 countries worldwide
**possible limitation on how many items are present in cart**
Overall
Would purchase from here again, as the prices are definitely affordable, especially when it comes to purchasing asian and high end cosmetics
The shipping speed was equivalent to express (in our experience) & packaging was really great and thorough - everything was bubble wrapped and on top of that they had "plastic air bags" to cushion everything.

Originally we only had the Bioderma & Shiseido Tsubaki conditioner in our cart, however we wanted to make use of the $15 off code, and wanted to added the shampoo as a "filler" however, there seems to be some sort of restrictions when you purchase cheaper items, eg. in our case, our cart had to have a total of 7 items or more, excluding free items.
Other than this, we would definitely recommend this website for great value on high end products and free shipping!

  11. omg, the Bioderma was such a bargain! That's an incredible price - I've seen it sold in physical shops for $50 and upwards here (which is a total ripoff). Sadly don't think the BOGOF is going on anymore :(

  16. Hi, ladies. :)

These items look amazing. :) Hope they're all working out well for you. I've been wanting to try the Tsubaki shampoo and conditioner for quite a while. What I've been enjoying so far are the Kerasys shampoo and conditioner. Trying a new brand (for me) like Tsubaki would be a nice hair care experience though. :)

Thank you for sharing this website with us. I am going to look around there while I have some free time. :) Thank you also for leaving a comment on my blog. And yup, Coralista sure is pretty. :)

Take care. More power to your amazing blog. :)

  17. Ooooo so tempted to shop now! I've been wanting to try the Bioderma for a long time but I always found them pretty pricey, compared to my Maybelline one. But for $18.50 with free shipping, that seems rather ok! I've tried Tsubaki hair care range before and I really liked it! I'm a sucker for Asian hair care ranges. XD

  18. Ooh I had a look at this website quite recently and I like the look of it! You really snagged a great bargain for the Bioderma H20 Crealine, I want it so much but haven't found a great deal on it yet. The shipping seems really quick too! Definitely looking forward to your thoughts on these products :)
