Beauty Addition 018: Korea

After our overseas trip, we never got around to fully post about our overseas haulage. In Korea, we both hauled quite a bit (what's new), and we each ended up sending a box full of clothes/shoes/makeup back home. We all know our hauls can get overwhelmingly ridiculous at times (like in this post) which is why we are going to split this up, but hopefully this can somewhat satisfy that inner hauler in you and save you money LOL. 

A Year Late

Pretty sure reading about sleep&water's recent purchase from strawberrynet inspired me to do a bit of shopping there myself :) Previously, there was a bit of controversy on how genuine the products that were sold on the site were, which is why I've never purchased anything until now.  

I've always been a giant fan of packs, as you get to try a bit of everything for a cheaper price, and honestly, it's super rare for me to even finish off any full sized makeup products.  I picked up both of these products during their 10% off site-wide sale, and used my friend's member discount, which gave me a final of 17.5% off the total.

 This haul post was overdue probably about 6months ago hah but we thought we'd share it anyway to give you guyz some inspiration for any future hauls. Everything was purchased either overseas in shops or duty free.

Beauty Addition 015: Priceline 40% off Cosmetics

If you are a long time follower & have been keeping track of our hauls, you know that when a sale comes along we can't help but resist. This was no exception when Priceline had their 40% off cosmetics sale on the 11th & 12th of March. This time we decided to buy online, mainly cos it's easier and to the avoid the disappointment of sold out products in-store. So at 12am Tuesday morning (keen much?) we jumped on the website to put in our order. At that time however, Priceline hadn't updated their sale (obviously they don't take the start of sales as seriously as we do lollll) so we ended up ordering in the morning :)

Michael Todd True Organics has probably been one of the most highlighted skincare ranges for the past 2 years on both YouTube and Blogger. Known for their use of organic products and aloe vera juice as their base, we decided to give this highly raved brand a go! We purchased these products on Ozsale as it was slightly cheaper than the RRP on Michael Todd plus the shipping was more affordable.

I've wanted this brush for the longest time. I love the idea how it's retractable so that it keeps away the dust and it's also great to pop in your bag for touch ups.

Tiny Tuesdays: Priceline Haircare Haul

After deciding to take the plunge and do a subtle ombre on my hair (lol it's a big step for me) in combination with my hair looking like hay recently, I decided to pop into Priceline to give some TLC for my hair. Spending almost an hour in Priceline and offered a basket by at least 2 different employees, this is what I came out with!

Beauty Addition 012: Priceline 40% off Skincare (Again!)

A'kin Vital Hydration Facial Gel Creme // $35.99 $21.59
Currently in amidst of finding another moisturiser that I can have on rotation.  I was looking at the ingredients list on the Priceline website and it only mentioned the "main" ones, however I stupidly thought that it was all it had.  On the positive side, A'kin products claim to be vegan and free from sulfates, parabens and fragrances, just to name a few.  Would love to hear your experiences with products by this brand as I'm a little on the fence to as whether I should return it or not.

In light of celebrating Lipstick Republic reaching 3000 likes on their facebook page, they generously offered 20% off storewide :D Obviously we have issues with controlling our spending, so it didn't take much for us to make a cart and check out with the goodies that aren't readily accessible in the land down under.

A couple of weeks ago Priceline rolled out a not to be missed 40% off skincare products. It seemed like fate was knocking on our doors telling us replenish our stocks & purchase new products. So what did we do? We let fate lead the way & headed to our local stores.

June Belated Collective Hauls!

June marked the end of the financial year so that meant more chances of us snapping up a bargain ! Chemist Warehouse had 50% off Revlon, Rimmel and Maybelline, Priceline had a good fair few deals such as BOGOF & Myer had a some repackaging clearances! Beauty + Wardrobe Addition: Priceline 40% off Sale + Lovisa

If you didn't already know, Priceline had a massive 40% all cosmetics last week! I dropped by the Bourke Street store Wednesday night and it was so BUSY! The queues were long and there were just so many people - they even extended their closing time to accommodate the demand XD
When I had arrived most of the shelves and stock was pretty empty however I still was able to pick these up!

Beauty Addition 005: Cosme-de.com

So here we are with another haul! We actually got this a while back but both have us have been ridiculously busy with uni & hadnt had time to post it up :( Now we are on Easter/midsem break so FINALLY we have time to post it up for you guys :)

We ordered off a company based in Hong Kong called Cosme-de (they've recently launched their AU website!). They sell mainly skincare, cosmetics and haircare ranging from high end brands such as SKII to everyday brands like Olay.
